In your new role, you’ll report to the Partner group while supporting our team.

Core Responsibilities Include -

  • Reception and phones - answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct clients and visitors
  • General administration duties, including copying, filing, scanning, mail sorting and distribution
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Create and modify Microsoft Word documents
  • Office scheduling and calendar management of office resources using Microsoft Outlook
  • Coordination of office social events & activities (holiday party, social events, outings, etc.)
  • Support Firm Leadership as requested
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Additional Responsibilities - based on experience

  • Marketing support and proposal preparation
  • HR support

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications -

  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Associate’s degree or high school graduate with equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - articulate and persuasive
  • Excellent people skills - Able to work with all personality types
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Efficient internet search abilities
  • Familiar with standard office equipment
  • Knowledgeable of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Knowledgeable of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Self-directed and able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficient with technology in general

Additional Beneficial Qualifications -

  • Three or more years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in support of human resource protocols
  • Administrative experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction fields
  • Experience with PC platform software such as:
  1. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  2. MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to manage social media channels for business
