Retail Store Manager:
Helly Hansen is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Whistler Westin location. We are looking for entrepreneurial applicants who like to work hard AND play hard! This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that provides great benefits: 100%-paid medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with a company match, and 15 days of paid time off per year. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Store operations, including inventory management, sell-through and replenishment of merchandise, opening and closing, and overall store management among other operational tasks and initiatives.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for all store roles on a regular and on-going basis.
- Staff management including regular performance reviews, training, on-boarding, coaching and motivating all store personnel.
- Regular in-store visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance, including campaign execution, for effective visual appeal
- Expert customer service and excellent representation of Helly Hansen toward customers, business partners, and employees
- Assuming a leadership role within the team and ensuring company standards are upheld
- Assisting customers with purchases, returns, and warranty claims
- The in-store expert and leader in answering questions about performance and technical aspects of our products.
