We have a great opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in our Seattle corporate office. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to controller with assisting on the closing of the month, AR, AP and basic office functions.
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Process Accounts Receivable, and issue daily sales invoices.
- Process Accounts Payable, matching invoices to purchase orders and general forms of data entry.
- Prepare daily bank deposit.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
- Assist controller in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
