Our proprietary re-refining process cleans and returns used oil to its original structure to be used again and again as new motor oil. Every gallon of oil EcoLube Recovery re-refines helps preserve and protect our environment!

We have an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Tacoma office. If you enjoy providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment where you get to be the hub of communication, we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the central hub of communication between customers, drivers and management
  • Answering phones
  • Communicating customer needs with appropriate field personnel
  • Utilizing established systems to schedule and manage efficient driver routes
  • Using QuickBooks for billing and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to Account Manager(s)
  • Performing various other office duties related to internal and external customer service

Experience and Skills:

If you have the following, you may be just the person we’re looking for:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent or 1-2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in customer service (within the transportation industry a plus!)
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen, assess information, and schedule appointments in a geographically logical pattern to efficiently utilize a driver’s time and mileage
  • Self-motivation and the ability to be a team player making strong contributions
  • Highly dependable and organized
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relations
  • Mathematical ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Proficient with word processing and 10-key by touch
