Wright Runstad & Company is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Property Administrator for a Class A office property in downtown Seattle.

The Property Administrator will provide support for the operations staff and will coordinate services for tenants. Specific responsibilities include:

- Answer telephones and greet visitors
- Respond to tenant requests, including coordinating tenant work requests with engineering staff and vendors
- Administer leases, including maintaining lease files, assisting in writing storage leases, obtaining signatures, and obtaining certificates of insurance
- Prepare and distribute tenant newsletters and other communications
- Monitor vendor contracts and performance (janitorial, carpet cleaning, window cleaning)
- Coordinate tenant and staff events and tenant moving processes
- Coordinate tenant and office safety and sustainability measures (key cards, emergency brochures, floor warden training, after-hours activities)
- Assist in preparing and monitoring administrative and tenant expense budgets
- Assist with sorting, coding, and inputting of invoices
- Maintain files and documents, process mail, and provide general administrative support
- Inventory, order, and stock office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies
- Run errands for the office as needed

Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will have:

- Associate’s degree plus 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional, service-oriented environment with significant public contact - or a similar combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Excellent communication skills, including correct grammar and spelling
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Property management experience is preferred
